Women for Girls believes that high levels of girls education is the most important tool we have for fighting poverty. In this rapidly changing and more complex world, completing elementary school is not enough. Girls need to leave school either with a trade and be prepared to enter the workforce, or they need to stay in school and complete university. These girls should be prepared to decide on all issues affecting them and participate fully in the family, workforce and community. In addition, as citizens of tomorrow, they need to possess confidence, be able to work cooperatively and apply critical thinking skills as they progress along their divergent paths.
